Are you an experienced MANAGER within a CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE?

Do you have experience of working within a regulated environment?

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to recruit a senior manager to lead the operations including resource management, budget management and strategy. The role will involve working with the customer service leadership team cross functionally to ensure delivery of an excellent service across the company's product range and in line with regulatory requirements.

AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

- Financial control and management of resources within budget
- Management of procedures and controls required to identify and manage risks, complaints and breaches.
- Ensure all audit actions are implemented and reviewed regularly
- Looking at commercial focus and implementation of opportunities to generate and maximise sales
- Responsible for the delivery and monitoring of all performance targets and SLA's

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven track record of customer service contact centre operations in a fast moving and regulated environment
- Outstanding and highly developed management and communication skills
- Proven success in the delivery of operational process improvement achieving optimisation of costs versus performance delivery.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with an excellent understanding of business planning.

LOCATION: SOUTH EAST

RATE: UP TO £400 PER DAY

DURATION: UP TO 6 MONTHS
