Our client is a leading professional services organization with a reputation for excellent client service, constant career development for its employees and innovation in the consultancy space. At present they are seeking an experienced and ambitious reward consultant to join the executive compensation practice. This is a permanent position at the senior consultant/manager level, it is based inCentral Londonand paying up to £90,000 as a basic salary. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing and ambitious team. The role: This position will sit in the executive remuneration practice and will support a variety of prestigious clients with all aspects of executive compensation strategy. The role will involve: * Managing key client relationships * Project management and design of incentive schemes/share plans. * Supporting clients with the design of broad executive compensation strategy * Working with a range of Remuneration Committees, being a main point of contact. * Helping to drive the reward practice forward. * Building key internal relationships as the reward strategy is taken to market. The candidate: The ideal candidate will have: * Solid experience of executive remuneration consultancy * Experience of project management of large scale reward projects * Excellent client facing skills * Entrepreneurial flair and the desire/ability to help drive the business strategy forward * High levels of numeracy.
