Senior Manager, Collections and Recoveries

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager with extensive Collections & Recoveries experience to embark on an initial six month contract role in Gloucester with a reputable Financial Services organisation.

The successful candidate will be assisting/feeding into the Head of Collections and Recoveries and will act as a senior source of expertise and input into the development of Collections and Recoveries processes strategy and business plans. They will be responsible for the oversight of development and maintenance of strategies whilst adhering to business continuity planning requirements. They will also be responsible for service delivery across all services and supporting prioritisation, agreement and delivery of departmental change agenda.

Key Responsibilities and skills required:
You will be responsible for driving forward strategy and change elements and feed directly into the Head of Collections and Recoveries.
You will also be responsible for BAU elements such as managing offshore teams
You will be a key stakeholder in change activity and must have proven commercial experience to evidence your capability
You must have strong operational management experience
You will be articulate and comfortable talking through risk and governance
You will have knowledge of unsecured products in a collection space
