My clients a leading Financial Services organisation based in the City ofLondoncurrently seek a Senior Benefits and Pensions Manager, 75-80k plus excellent package. Working in this innovative, international banking organisation that offer a wider range of services you will form and integral part of the overall Compensation and Benefits function. Reporting into the EMEA Head you will be the senior Pensions & Benefits specialist covering an EMEA remit leading a small team. Key deliverables will include: * Ongoing management and benchmarking of defined benefits & flexible benefits schemes * Constant source of subject matter expertise on market trends and innovative ideas in regards to pensions and benefits provision, and supplier development The ideal candidate will be a Pensions and Benefits expert with solid experience in both areas and is likely to meet the following criteria: * Financial Services/Banking experience highly advantageous * International experience ideally gained in a complex large organisation * Line management experience a distinct advantage For immediate consideration and further information please forward on a coopy of your updated CV.
