Senior Manager Balance Sheet Management - Cardiff - £400-460/day

Our Client, a leading UK Bank, who are looking for high skilled Senior Manager Balance Sheet Management candidates to work out of their Cardiff offices on a high profile cost base project.

The successful Senior Manager, Balance Sheet Management candidate will have the following:

- Superb Banking Background is a MUST or working within a Blue chip organisation - at least 3 years experience balance sheet, income, pricing, cost, forecast, and budgeting within a financial services provider.
- Demonstrable experience managing direct reports and delegate work loads to streamline processes.
- Experience working in a Matrix management environment is desirable.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders within a banking business, delivering finance MI and analysis to support strategic and commercial decision making.
- Knowledge of treasury, ALM (asset liability management), risk and regulatory framework.

This is a long-term programme starting ASAP with sign off until mid to late 2015 and any candidate who is successful will have the chance of multiple contract extensions.
