The External Communications team is facing multiple challenges :
- Think digital first
- Develop strong collaboration with the Social Media team which has joined us recently
- Pressure on timings while the amount of deliverbales is growing
- Continuous adaptations to the ever changing digital environment (new skills, new actors…)
- Act as a competence center for all business lines
- Get inspired and inspire other departments

- Change its mindset towards a digital / conversational brand with an always-on ambition

- Optimize processes
- Review existing skills and define future needs
- Adapt our structure and develop people commitment
- Define governance models
- Structure and ensure follow-up of strategic communication projects
Function Description
Responsibilities :
- Support change management, performance improvements and implementation of strategic projects of the External Communications team (Sponsoring & Events, Social Media, Branding, Advertising & Media activities) :
- Review the operating model of media campaigns delivery : process mapping, review of the interactions between teams, structure operational support documents (of the teams and of our agencies), structure campaigns performance evaluation, develop commitment of people
- Set up a more efficient digital-centric eco-system : operational design for an improved efficiency in campaigns delivery, process re-engineering and process performance improvement
- Review the operating model of the Social Media team : set up a new operating model with business lines (from a centralized organisation to a competence center), define the governance model, design performance KPIs & reporting, evaluation & follow-up to be defined with all stakeholders for alignment and common understanding, review existing skills and evaluate future needs, define & design the activity portfolio
- Change management : provide context to onboard teams, deliver presentations & storytelling to stakeholders, from a top-down brand to a conversation brand (change management), strong support of management team
- Structure and ensure follow-up of strategic communication projects with teams and external partners (agencies, Social Media partners, sponsorship partners…)
- Define and pilot team efficiency : set-up KPIs, performance dashboards and reportings, review overall
- Design and structure the overall mission and structure of the team (governance, team reportings, profiles mapping, key job descriptions…)
Typical deliverables :
- Structure analysis, design mapping & processes, formulate recommendations
- Provide project management documents helping decision-making
- Structure the management and execution of work projects
- Provide management consultancy
- Very high quality documents, with high attention for designs and simplification / visualisation
