Senior Management Consultant

For a client based in the finance industry we are looking for a senior management consultant

DUTIES

- Content support and detailing of solutions to close gaps in the investment product and services area
- Monitoring of implementation timeline and interaction/follow-ups with specialist product teams
- Preparation of documentation and content required for key decision taking
- Preparation of Steering Committee presentations
- Support implementation of product content and integrated processes
- Enable change management in the overall integration project
- Daily project management: updates, communication, presentation, progress reports

REQUIRED SKILLS

- University degree
- Deep understanding of private banking and investment products in Switzerland, Europe and internationally
- Proven track record in management consulting - 3-5 years of experi-ence preferred
- Knowledge of investment product related processes, set-ups and infra-structure
- Experienced in Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) projects
- Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capability
- Flexibility to adapt in a changing project environment and ability to reprioritize work as needed
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and to structure content
- High degree of flexibility in a fast-paced project environment
- Ability to handle difficult situations with poise, understanding and tact
- Strong team spirit to work alongside project team, positive attitude and personal dedication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Multitasking capability
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Advanced skills of MS Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint
