Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer - Networking

My client is urgently looking to speak to senior Mainframe Systems Programmer with extensive skills in Networking.
Responsible for network infrastructure, installation and configuration.
3rd level problem determination
Migrate Mainframe connections from the EDC to the 3DC backbone.

Extensive description of the required skills:

Extensive knowledge of z/OS base (including JES2, SDSF, TSO, ISPF, Netview, VTAM, APPN and SA/390). Extensive knowledge of Mainframe Network configuration (VTAM, TCP/IP, OSA, policy agent) and related applications.
Extensive knowledge of SYSPLEX-XCF communication and OSPF
Policy based networking on z/OS
Extensive knowledge and usage of Monitoring products (such as TMON, Exigence), Storage Products (SMS, DMS or HSM)
File Transfer packages (XCOM, Connect:Direct, Netview/FTP, FTP, TIBCO Managed File Transfer) selection, installation, and customization of packages.
Access packages (NCAccess, NCI, CA-TPX)
Recent experience of 10 years working in a complex Mainframe sysplex environment with above mentioned products.
zOS network adapter configuration and network applications and zOS operating systems - selection, installation, customization.

Onsite - 1/2 days - on site 3 to 4 days a week
