IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support LYNC Programme and Project in its deliverables
-Planning, preparation and execution of the migration from legacy chat systems to Lync Group Chat and from legacy hosted live meeting platform to LYNC
-Execution of Vantage policy enforcement
-Bring system changes into production and performing initial implementations
-Implementing high-risk changes
-Server build and production readiness, QA
-Production-side project management with engineering team Additional Responsibilities
-Resolution of 3rd line application and system support issues
-Following defined problem management processes for service outages
-Troubleshooting root cause of problems through liaison with vendors and engineering team

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Strong understanding of LYNC 2010 including experience of installing and configuring
-Strong understanding of Vantage (Actiance Product) including experience of installing and configuring
-Strong understanding of Vantage compliance policies
-Understanding of LYNC and Vantage Archiving technologies
-Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven record of resolving serious system problems through vendor liaison
-Understanding of Windows 200x, Active Directory
-Experience with Microsoft clustered SQL Servers
-Documentation experience
