SENIOR LIQUIDITY SME-CONTRACT

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT/TREASURY/FUNDING/CAPITALISATION/CASHFLOW FORECAST/CIMA/BA/FLM

A global top tier bank is looking for a Senior and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert to join a new and rapidly growing team in their centralised Treasury function.

This team provides all aspects of Treasury with coherent planning capability to guide their optimal balance sheet strategy. This includes the short and long term forecasts and functionality build out to support the banks response to global regulatory reform and requires strategic thought to wide scale and varied impact.

As the team is being built, it has become apparent that their is a need for a Senior Liquidity SME who would be able to use their Liquidity experience to assist the existing team, work with a wide audience of seniors and stakeholders to understand the impact of regulatory change and drive through the plans devised with the relevant function.

Therefore the ideal candidate will have:

-RECENT AND EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE (VP/D LEVEL) IN BANKING AS A LIQUIDITY BUSINESS SME.
-THE ABILITY TO USE THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF LIQUIDITY (LCR/GLRS/FLM/LIQUID METRICS ETC) TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIORS ACROSS TREASURY, SUPPORT YOUR CORE AND EVOLVING TEAM IN REQUIREMENTS, METRICS, PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, STRATEGY AND RESOLUTION.
-KNOWLEDGE OF REGULATORY IMPACT TO A BANK'S LIQUIDITY-DODD FRANK SECTION 165/CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS/FSA 047/048
-EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH DIRECTOR/MD/'HEAD OF' STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS TRANSFER PRICING, CAPITAL AND LEVERAGE MANAGEMENT, SHORT AND LONG TERM EXECUTION AND FLM ACROSS BUSINESS, OPERATIONS AND IT.

This role would suit a Senior Consultant with advanced Liquidity knowledge and excellent gravitas who is looking for the challenge of working in a brand new and varied role as well as having the opportunity to shape and grow their responsibilities and exposure across the bank as their reputation progresses throughout Treasury.
