Amoria Bond currently seek a Senior Linux Administrator to join a large, market leader for Europe, based out of their HQ in Brussels. Our international client (English speaking), offer a fast paced, dynamic and truly exciting environment, always at the forefront of pioneering technologies.
The role will see you ensure all systems across the landscape run smoothly, through in depth understanding of applications and platforms. You will install new applications, upgrade and provide support for incidents, dependencies and structural problems whilst troubleshooting and implementing process improvements along the way. You will also provide structural improvement - designing, implementing, rolling out and maintaining systems.
Candidates should have strong knowledge and working experience of Linux systems on application and network administration levels, including server configuration, maintenance, monitoring, diagnosis and repair. You will be comfortable managing 100+ Servers on which mission critical apps and services are developed and tested. Knowledge of Puppet, automated application building and proficiency in Shell Scripting/command line is highly desirable.
Desirable skills (although not essential) include; Python, Maven, Hudson, Sonar, Nexus, JBoss, MySQL, ActiveMQ, SVN, PHP, MySQL, Oracle and Ruby.
