SENIOR LINUX ADMINISTRATOR

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Linux Administrator to contribute at a high level and in this great and growing organization. You will be responsible for design, build, configuration, tuning, and supporting the infrastructure within this large Linux environment.

You will handle upgrades and system implementations, work with virtual systems and storage and need to troubleshoot at a high level. Following best practices and adhering to ITSM standards such as ITIL are important; on-call rotation is required.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:

- 5+ years of Linux Operating System administration is required, RedHat preferred in a large server environment. Design, build, configure, trouble-shoot and support.
- 5+ years of associated infrastructure Oracle Databases, Virtualization (VMWare) SAN and Blade Infrastructure
- 2+ years of DNS, OpenSSH, Apache, JBoss, Weblogic, Scripting - Shell, python, Perl
- Strong interpersonal skills and very good analytical/troubleshooting skills
- Prefer bachelor's degree, Oracle RAC, Citrix XEN App
