Are you a Life Cycle Program Manager with experience in supply chain management in a pharmaceutical environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking for a Life Cycle Program Manager to join one of us clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel for a long term contracting position of two years.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Life Cycle Program Manager you will develop and implement long-term goals, key milestone planning and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program. As well, you will develop forms and records to document program activities.
Additionally, you will work closely with project managers to track progress and provide updates on any changes in strategy or priorities. You will also be in charge to own project dashboard and ensure completeness and accuracy of all projects like the current status including KPI tracking and resource management.
Moreover, you will make report to the senior management and Brand Leads on the progress of individual projects and the overall program. Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks will be another of your tasks. Finally, you will ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality.
TO DELIVER THE BEST OUTPUT, IT'S NEEDED THAT YOU HAVE:
- 5-10 years' experience as a Life Cycle Program Manager in a pharmaceutical company
- Strong knowledge within Supply Chain LCM processes
- Experience in Supply Chain Management in a pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Understanding of cGxP's
- Strong communications skills in English, any other languages will be a plus
