THE ROLE

Senior LEGAL COUNSEL of European Commercial, Compliance and Product Team supporting

-Lead lawyer for all advertising and marketing matters
-Lead lawyer for all shipping initiatives and partnerships
-Handle technology, innovations and strategic partnership contracts
-Advise on commercial and regulatory compliance issues
-Overlook the LEGAL matters of development center (IT), customer service center (CS), HR, Marketing, Shipping and other function of cross board trade business, and some import buyin initiatives.
-Compliance officer rolling out dozens of compliance trainings, performing vendor due diligence exercise (vendor onboarding and life cycle management), and conductng compliance investigations
-Enhance team knowledge basis, inc. monitor regulatory development, roll out contract template, streamline working process and connect with industry association
