Omschrijving Senior Lean Agile Coach (QR3784):
We are currently looking for a Senior Lean Agile coach.
You will coach teams, management, stakeholders and change agents. You help our teams and their environment to deliver business value to our customers fast and to make sure our Wholesale Banking business stays ahead. Also, you contribute to an excellent environment for our teams in which they can perform at their best.
You do this by applying your coaching-, mentoring-, facilitation and training skills and using your deep knowledge in (Scaled) Agile, Lean, DevOps and experience with organizational change. Since you have actively involved in Agile transitions before (either as manager or as a coach) and have IT experience the teams and management easily accept you as their coach. Most importantly, you have a deep understanding of the Agile principles and mindset. You live the Agile manifesto in the way you shape your work as a coach.

As coach you are part of a small team of coaches. You are an active member of this team and help your colleagues to succeed. You will be based in Amsterdam, but you could also be working in other locations part of your time.

Profile Senior Lean Agile Coach (QR3784)
- University Graduate (Master) thinking and working level;
- Excellent social skills, great communicator;
- Creative, like to learn and experiment;
- Coaching, mentoring and training skills;
- Multiple years of experience with Agile and DevOps transformations;
- Proven track record in organizational change;
- Able to act at (senior) management level and proven experience with coaching both management and (DevOps) teams;
- Capable of involving stakeholders like internal partners and IT Suppliers;
- Strong analytical skills, willing to learn, willing to share knowledge with others;
- Of course you are passionate about Lean, Agile, Scrum and DevOps and possess deep knowledge about these;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
