Senior Lean & Agile Coach

SENIOR LEAN & AGILE COACH

A Senior Lean & Agile Coach is required for an ASAP start with a major client in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The Senior Lean & Agile Coach will have experience in Agile transitions either as a manager or as a coach, as well as a solid understanding of Agile principles. The Senior Lean & Agile Coach will be part of a small team of coaches and be free to occasionally travel as part of the role.

The Senior Lean & Agile Coach will have the following skills and experience:

- University Graduate
- Excellent social skills, great communicator
- Creative and keen to learn/experiment
- Coaching, mentoring and training skills
- Multiple years of experience with Agile transformations
- Proven track record in organizational change
- Able to act at (senior) management level and proven experience with coaching
- Capable of involving stakeholders - internal partners and IT Suppliers
- Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn and willingness to share knowledge with others
- Keen interest in and knowledge of - Lean, Agile, Scrum
- FLUENT IN DUTCH AND ENGLISH
