SENIOR/LEAD JAVA CONTRACTOR (GUI) - DAILY RATE CONTRACT - DUBLIN

A leading multi-national in Dublin is looking to hire a Senior/Lead Java Contractor (GUI) on a 6 month daily rate contract basis with a view to extension.

Top daily rates on offer for the successful candidates.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Degree/Masters or equivalent experience
- Considerable post qualification technical work experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Banking/Finance businesses a plus
- Experience in Agile development methodologies a plus

MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Java EE
- UNIX
- SQL
- JPA or Hibernate
- WebSphere (8 preferable)

DESIRABLE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- High volume Real Time systems
- EJBs
- JMS
- Log4J
- Eclipse
- RAD IDE
- DB2
- DB2Connect
- Flex
- MQ
- BlazeDS
- Toad
- WebSphere Extreme Scale and Ilog experience a plus
