Senior Lead Business Analyst - Retail Banking - Halifax

I am currently looking for a Senior Lead Business Analyst to work within retail banking in Halifax

As a minimum, the successful candidate must meet the skills criteria below:

- Have experience of Change Management Process
- Complex & extensive Stakeholder Management and Communications skills & experience
- 2 years Change Management experience required
- Proven ability of leading a team of multiple BAs (Could be up to 15 team members) across multiple work streams/projects
- Understands the importance of quality assurance
- Provides coaching and support to more junior members of the BA team
- Sector knowledge of Financial Services with over 2 years' experience in the sector
- Knowledge of multi-stream programmes
- Detailed knowledge of all business analysis deliverables within a business function
- Ability to articulate detailed requirements and solutions to senior stakeholders ensuring the information is of relevance to the target audience
- Experience of working at system level and willingness to drive to the detail
- Able to report on the interdependencies with other work streams
- ISEB qualification, or equivalent

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Previous FATCA Knowledge
- Excellent Diplomatic & inter-personal skills with over 2 years operating at this level rather than just as a deliverer as a BA.
