Senior Lead Business Analyst - Banking - Edinburgh

A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY HAS JUST BECOME AVAILABLE FOR A SENIOR LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST IN EDINBURGH ON AN INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT.

My client is currently looking for an experienced, driven and ambitious Senior Business Analyst to work in Edinburgh on an initial 6 month contract on a Customer Insight and Analytics team within Customer Operations Insight and Data (COI&D).

The main responsibilities will be to develop, build and deliver customer-focused analytics and reporting to give a more informed view of the customer journey through Operations, and through Service Excellence. Processes are improved through the actionable insight gained. The customer agenda has a very high profile with senior management due to the Group's vision and goal to be the best bank for customers. Priorities include delivery and running of Service Excellence Dashboards, exec reports and data capture tools. Initially for around 40 known redesigns. This will increase to up to 100 over time as other redesigns roll-in quickly and will support all COEC members across Customer Operations to deliver their own Service Excellence benefits.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

- Strong technical capability - MUST have SAS/SQL coding and documentation, other data mining, MS Access and Excel, EUC builds, MI experience
- Stakeholder management skills -
- Analytical capability - be able to take data, form conclusions and provide recommendations.
