Senior KYC/KYB/Alacra ACE Business Analyst

JOB TITLE: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Senior Business Analyst required to support a project introducing the Alacra ACE product into Commerzbank's client life cycle management.

With a reasonably large number of disparate stakeholders, split by region, function, varied processes and systems, the main challenge to the project is common understanding and agreement to objectives and goals. The role demands a high level of relevant competencies, including analytical and conceptional skills, relationship management, cooperation, conflict management, persuasiveness, planning and organising, goal orientation and risk management.

Essential Skills

- Wide experience Software Architecture.
- Expert in IT Processes and Quality Assurance.
- Wide experience IT Security.
- Expert in Banking Know-how.
- Practical knowledge Project-Management and PM tools.

Specific Skills

-  Experience of KYC, KYB operational change projects.
-  Experience of implementing the Alacra ACE product at another investment bank.
-  Able to work against aggressive project milestones with stakeholders who may have other priorities and objectives.
