Senior Java Web Programmer Job

SENIOR JAVA WEB PROGRAMMER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Reading, PA.

- Software Development Life Cycle
- Java/J2EE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work with/Leads and internal customers to define and gather requirements and map them to technical specifications.
- Participate in all aspects of the Company defined Software Development life cycle. Support existing software development efforts and develop new software modules.
- Involved in the review of code from junior level and/or offshore programmers.
- Involved in ongoing systems monitoring and general support of assigned applications.
- Involved in analysing system/software performance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Candidate will have 5-7 years' experience and a Bachelor's degree in computers or related area.
- Candidate must also possess good project management and communications skills with the ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects or lead/mentor small project teams.
- JAVA/J2EE preferably using a web Application Server like WebSphere or JBoss
- SQL - Experience in writing optimized complex SQL statements.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- JQuery, Spring Framework and Design Patterns, iBatis
- AJAX
- XML
- Web Services/SOA
- Relational Database Design
- Project Lead experience and Project Management
- Full System Development Lifecycle experience.

- AngularJS
