COMPLETE DESCRIPTION:

- Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical mobile/web software solutions, utilizing appropriate software development methodologies.
- Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.
- Develop mobile-based applications and solutions.
- Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.
- Act as a team leader as related to developing programming and development standards for mobile platforms.
- Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent in mobile technologies.

BEHAVIOR CHARACTERISTICS:

- Development of a mobile version of the client Web Site.
- Successful completion of new projects involving both the Intranet and Internet utilizing mobile technologies and solutions.
- Support internal processes such as Intranet Web Sites.
