SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPERS

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years minimum JAVA Development experience within web and Client Server development using J2EE tools including JSPs, web services, XML, Spring/MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML/CSS and UML
- Data Layer experience using JDBC, SQL and PL/SQL and Oracle
- J2EE web and application Servers including WebSphere or Apache and TomCat.
- UNIX or Linux Shell Scripting.
- Requires senior level experience in creating designs from business requirements.
- Will interact with business units to gather and refine requirements and to create technical specs and documentation with UML diagrams.
- Will provide status reports, lead meetings and provide coaching and training.
- Will develop new software and enhancements to existing applications.
- Will work from requirements to create technical specs, design, code, test and deploy software.
- Will analyze requirements to ensure new development conforms with existing architecture.
- Will be responsible for lead assignments including assigning and reviewing the work of Mid to Junior level development team members and providing guidance and mentoring to junior level developers.
- Will interact with Project Managers, Business Analysts & QA's. within numerous Business Units.

LOCATION:  Akron, Ohio

REQUIRES:  U.S. CITIZEN AND PERMANENT RESIDENT DUE TO GOVERNMENT RELATED INDUSTRY REQUIREMENTS AND COMPLIANCE.

CONTRACT:   6 MONTHS + PLUS POTENTIAL FOR EXTENSIONS  CONTRACT RATE:  OPEN/NEGOTIABLE
