Senior Java Developer Software House £60k

I am looking for a Java Developer / Programmer to work for a leading financial software house. You will be developing technical solutions for clients with minimum supervision alongside both the client and technical staff. You will be an expert Java developer, have solid commercial experience of server-side Java, Java API design, Java GUI and related technologies such as JQuery, JSP, JSON. This is an agile house so candidates must come with solid experience of agile / scrum environments and feel very comfortable working with TDD / BDD / Continuous Integration / Jenkins / Selenium and so on. There will be a mix of Core Java, back end and front end work and so candidates must be happy working across the board. You will be working on the full project life-cycle delivering high quality technical solutions and contributing to improve software development approaches and quality deliverables. You will be degree educated with a 1st or 2:1 in a computer science discipline from a highly reputable university. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as this is a consultative position. Required skills include, Server-side Java, Front End Java, some web development, test driven development, agile, scrum, continuous integration.
