For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Senior Java Developer payments.

We are offering a position in our backend development team at payconiq. At payconiq we are creating mobile payment solutions that work in-stores, online and peer-to-peer.

Job description
- We are looking for a JAVA developer to join our young and ambitious team
- You will be working with us on an exciting project creating a new payment solution for everyone
- Conception, development, test und rollout of our innovative solution
- Work with our REST API to develop new features

Your profile
- Very strong skills in Java development
- Strong knowledge about HTTP, REST and JSON are crucial
- Experienced in developing REST APIs
- Experienced with NoSQL databases, knowledge about MongoDB is of advantage
- Good skills in Linux
- Experience in Behaviour driven development is of advantage
- Experience with Cucumber Testing is of advantage
- Experience with Jenkins is of advantage
- Experience with Sonar is of advantage

Skills required
- A Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or similar studies
- Willing to do new things and open to change
- Challenging others and yourself
- TeamPlay is key
- Fluent in English
