Senior Java Developer/Financial Software/Chicago Loop/130K

My client, an investment bank in the Chicago Loop, is seeking a smart and talented Java Developer to join their growing cross functional team. This developer will collaborate with other software engineers and traders from all business areas. The individual should be a self-starter who is able to "hit the ground running" upon joining this exciting, fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications include:

- Minimum four years experience with Java J2SE
- Very Strong Object-Oriented analysis and design skills
- Expertise in Java concepts such as collections, multi-threading, and RMI
- Experience in performing and receiving peer reviews of source code
- Degree in a Computer Science related discipline
- Quality assurance skills
- Must be a strong communicator and team player
- An interest in learning new technologies and/or introducing new technologies to the team
