Senior Java Developer Engineer Struts Angular Javascript

SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER ENGINEER WITH STRUTS, ANGULAR AND JAVASCRIPT

I am looking for a Senior Java developer with extensive Struts and Angular experience to work at a major banking institution based in Rotterdam.

Our client has an undocumented batch old coding that needs a full overhaul. Within this role you will delve into the depths of this batch and decide, along with your team, whether the code can be fixed or whether you will be the hero of the hour and replace the entire batch. The application you will be working on has a Front End which now relies on the old Struts framework and is in process of being transformed into a new, Angular 2.0 based, Front End. This will therefore also involve a renewal of the Back End components

KEY SKILLS:

- Experience in Struts
- Experience in JAVA (from 1.4 to current versions)
- Experience in Javascript, Angular 2.0 in particular
- Experience in building new applications or refactoring 'old' ones
- Oracle databases/SQL
- Good communication and coaching skills
