Senior Java Developer

Senior Java Developer with Telecoms (BSS/CRM) experience required to join a team in Oslo as soon as possible.

Required Experience:
*At least 6-10 years + years of IT experience in Development and Senior Development roles in Java skill-set
*Good exposure and implementation experience covering all SDLC phases
*Development experience in CRM/BSS area primarily
*Excellent written communication skill, inter-personal skills, leadership qualities.
Skills/technologies required:
*Very good knowledge and hands-on experience in Java related areas as mentioned below covering Development and testing areas
*Very good working knowledge of Telecom & CRM domain
*Experience in interface design
*Onsite experience/customer facing experience would be preferable
*Knowledge of Maven would be preferable.
*Experience in delivering via Agile Methodology.

Role & Responsibilities
*Clear understanding of Business requirement, Experience in complex design and development activities
*Analyze business requirements.
*Lead during collaborative designs and workshops
*Leads technical discussions and POCs (Proof-of-Concepts) and provides troubleshooting guidance to team members.
*Develops & tests code as per best practice guidelines
*Advises possible impact of building new requirements and specific areas which require load testing/non-functional testing.
*Peer Code Review.
*Deployment on test and production environment.
*Coordinates, troubleshoots and resolves high priority service impacting issues on production.
*Facilitates knowledge management within team
*Prepares acceptance tests and guides UAT
*Knowledge on development and test techniques
*Able to participate in meeting with peers and customers
