- Previous Expert Senior Java Developer role in a Fortune 500 company with significant J2EE experience. Java application development--including design, maintenance and delivery.
- Complex computer applications and existing application enhancement experience

- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, math or other related fields
- WebLogic Application Server skills, broad Scripting, JSON interface, WSDL/web services, IP call control & messaging platform experience
- 5 plus years experience in Web based Internet/Intranet, Distributed and Multi-tier architecture Applications using Java and J2EE Technologies, Java and JSP Servlets, Struts, Schema, and Business Objects Enterprise Server
- Experience with OO concepts, EJB, JDBC, Transaction management, JMS, Hibernate, Webservices, UML, and Design Patterns.
- Expert hands on knowledge in PL/SQL and Database technologies with Oracle Kronos and other emerging technologies.
- Expert coding and testing skills required
- Knowledge and experience in minimum 3 of the following: Eclipse, HTML/Javascript/CSS, Ajax, JSON, FUSE/Apache ServiceMix
- Experience in large project-based and team-focused working practices.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
- Previous experience in technical writing.

DESIRED:

- Prior experience with large-scale Real Time or batch mode data processing systems.
- Experience with Spark ecosystem components is a strong plus.
