Senior Java Developer

Great role working in a team environment as a senior developer; should be a self-starter with the ability to work in full SDLC. Will work closely with customers (internal and external), as well as onsite and offshore team members. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build strong client relationships and deliver high performing software solutions.

Looking for an innovator working in an agile/scrum environment, requiring an excellent understanding of the full software life cycle, including functional requirement gathering, design and development, testing of software applications and documenting requirements and technical specifications.

BACKGROUND:

- Bachelors' degree CIS or related
- 5+ years of web application development
- Web Application development experience using Java J2EE using JSP, JavaScript, HTML and MVC frameworks Spring MVC, and Hibernate
- Object Oriented Analysis, design and development in Java technology with experience in progressive phases like requirement analysis, detail designs, development and maintenance.
- Object Oriented Design/analysis, UML modelling, Classic design patterns, J2EE patterns.
- RESTful and SOAP Web Services
- Experience in JUnit testing framework.
- Experience in open source debugging tools like soapUI, FireBug, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
