Senior Java Alfresco Developer

Senior Java Alfresco developer required by London, Victoria based government client.

This is a superb opportunity to join and assist in heading up an ever expanding department within a dynamic organisation. As Senior Java 6/7 Developer you will boast a minimum of 5 years Java experience within a range of Internet technologies and be confident at leading small groups of developers to a successful project conclusion. You must possess excellent communication skills, Server Side focus within Core Java 6 or 7, Alfresco implementation, XML and Maven administration. Familiarity with BDD and continuous integration along with Scala is preferred. The successful Java developer will be working within multiple environments and must carry exposure within both Windows and Linux environments. As Senior Java developer you will be required to take an overall lead for technical delivery of projects, develop additional aspects of the projects requirements in collaboration with Business Systems Analysts and ensure the projects are delivered to tight deadlines and high standards of quality to meet client needs. This is to role out an Alfresco implementation and so this area and exposure is key to the success of the candidate.
