Senior J2EE Architect

A globally recognized bank is in the process of building an all senior elite team of J2EE Architects for their Asset Management division. This team sits in Boston and responsible for creating financial systems used internationally by internal business users. The J2EE Architect should have a very strong financial background as well as experience with Service-oriented architecture, J2EE, Message Broker and leadership experience. Currently there is no official job requirement for this role. That is for the sole purpose to guarantee the right J2EE Architects will be selected to build this elite team. This role has various responsibilities that are constantly changing so the right candidate will be technically agnostic and thrive in an evolving environment. The unique thing about not having a set requirement is that you and the manager have the opportunity to sit down and create a custom role around you.
