Qualifications: Software Quality Analyst - IVR Tester
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
5+ years of manual testing on DTMF, Speech Recognition IVRs and other call center applications
2+ years of experience with HP Quality Center products
Ability to manually test IVR applications, reports and data outputs Experience in Telecommunications, Telephony and IVR (Genesys specifically preferred)
Ability to maintain and update test strategy, test conditions and test cases based on requirements documents
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus
Fast learner and self-motivated team player that possesses solid written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies a plus

Responsibilities: A two-month contract in Information Technology for the overall quality of individual IVR applications, services and systems throughout the IT asset life cycle. The Software Quality Analyst - IVR Tester focuses primarily on systematically testing of the IVR telecom suite applications during functional and regression testing. Additional responsibilities will include integration and performance testing, development of requirements traceability Matrix, test plans, cases and scripts, executing tests, recording outcomes and analysing results.

BASIC JOB DUTIES:
Support project planning, designing and development phases Execute various software quality processes
Develop and execute test plans and test cases for testing large and multiple diverse projects
Deliver high quality software products and services on time and according to specifications
React quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances to meet the needs of the business Interface with IT Management and Project teams to report testing progress
Ensure software meets requirements and quality standards
Report identified issues and test results Research and identify root causes as appropriate
Identify areas for cooperation with other project teams to improve overall quality
Implement initiatives to improve testing capability and efficiency
Assist in executing automated tests for a distributed system that analyzes log information for suspicious activity
