Looking for AN ITSM CONSULTANT to Join an Insurance company based in Zurich. THE ITSM/BMC CONSULTANT needs to have experience analysing multiple monitoring tools to be able to consolidate these tools and optimise the monitoring solution for the customer's environment.
YOU HAVE TO BE A FLUENT GERMAN SPEAKER - TO BUSINESS LEVEL.
You need to take the lead, have management skills, stakeholder management and have great customer experience skills.
