Senior ITS Project Manager Job

SENIOR ITS PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CHERRY HILL, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- PM coordinates the team to obtain a great amount of information regarding the acquisition (state, company, contacts, systems involved, timeframe, etc) in order to effectively plan and implement the data conversion required to bring the people, assets, and systems into the landscape. Timeframes are typically aggressive and the "readiness" date is often predefined by business development.
- PM works closely with the Business Analyst, Business Development team, contacts in each state, the Acquisition Manager, and several resources within our process towers (eg Customer Information Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Enterprise Asset Management).
- The governance process that is applied to acquisitions is an off-shoot from the standard ITS Project Governance Process and is still being cultivated to increase efficiency. There are typically five to ten (5-10) acquisitions in flight at any given time.
- All of the skills/competencies and activities in our typical job description apply, with the concentration exclusively on acquisition projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Energetic, motivated, intelligent, and communicative PM who thrives in roles where multitasking, organization, consistent communication, and potentially some process development are critical to success.
- Experience managing the technology changes and data migration required to support the business acquisition process.
- Eight (8+) years in the IT industry directly managing projects and/or programs
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- PMP certification is preferred not required
- Acquisitions and Mergers preferred
