Senior ITIL Process Analyst (S39)

This is a brand new requirement for a Senior ITIL Process Analyst to work on a major improvement project.

The key responsibilities of this opportunity include the implementation of ITIL frameworks across a small business division, Process requirement gathering and documentation, organisational change and ITIL gap analysis. The prime objective of the ITIL Process Analyst will be to improve the clients services to key stakeholders, through making changes to the current processes in place.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- A solid background in ITIL/ITSM process analysis
- ITIL gap analysis and process implementation
- Working in an ITIL environment
- Experience with organisational change
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Process requirement elicitation and documentation experience
