Senior IT Test Manager (2986)

For a global bank based here in Zürich we are looking for a Test Manager:

THE JOB:

- Challenging and exciting role for Specialist Testing Unit for a main initiative in our Global Bank organization
- Opportunity to design, implement test plan and execute tests for solutions for a reporting project in Credit Suisse
- Chance to support the team in developing test frameworks and definition of the test data
- Responsibility to build working test solutions, in line with the defined strategy and tailored to the project needs
- Support other team members to create a test environment ensuring the quality in this complex project
- Opportunity to support test and project managers on test approach and reporting the results
- Responsibility to enhance the existing test settings for the project

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

- Very good knowledge of IBM-HOST/BATCH processing
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or alternatively an equivalent education
- Sound experience of minimum 3-5 years as a Test Manager
- Testing, control and reporting tools (HP Quality Center, JIRA, SVN)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- An engineering mind-set and up to date with current trends in software development
- Exceptional experience in manual testing
- Good communication skills, ability to present for reporting
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
- Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Switzerland
