Senior IT System Engineer - Windows Server (5228)

For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

SENIOR IT SYSTEM ENGINEER - WINDOWS SERVER (5228)

In this role, you'll be working in the Legal and Investigations IT delivery team which delivers technology solutions to both Group General Counsel and Group Investigations using state of the art software both from major vendors in the field and in-house developments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- STRONG DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE WITHIN FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- TEAM LEAD EXPERIENCE USING AN AGILE APPROACH
- MICROSOFT APPLICATION STACKS WINDOWS SERVER, IIS AND SQL SERVER
- BACKGROUND IN WINDOWS TECHNOLOGY
- Experience in integrating Microsoft and third party applications into a complex and restricted environment ideally USING CITRIX
- KNOW-HOW IN SOFTWARE PACKAGING AND POWERSHELL SCRIPTING
- Experience in the area of Incident and Problem management
- An excellent communicator, assertive and trustworthy with strong team skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITH GERMAN BEING AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Run a team of windows engineers and developers in a market leading Legal, Investigations and eDiscovery solutions space
- Design, implement and maintain the Legal IT application portfolio
- Streamline and automate the life cycle management of the application portfolio
- Diagnose application issues and actively contribute to and help in the support and maintenance of the application portfolio
