Senior IT Support Specialist

Looking to work for a Fortune 200 Client? Very reputable company within the IT Industry!
Year Long Contract to start the 4th of February!
$20/hour

Experience Level:
(Intermediate, 3 - 5 Years Experience). Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. May require an associates degree in a related area or 3 - 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO PASS CLIENT AND CUSTOMER BACKGROUND CHECKS AS WELL AS OSHA SAFETY TRAINING AND HAIR FOLLICLE TESTING.

EXISTING TWIC CARD IS PREFERRED
Additional Skills needed:
o Windows 7 support experience
o Office 2010 support experience
o Lotus Notes support experience
o Ability to navigate Active Directory (we cannot modify)
o Experience repairing Dell Optiplex and Latitude systems
o Bitlocker support experience
o Landesk experience
o Adobe Acrobat X support experience
o Experience repairing Dell and HPserver hardware
