Senior IT Security Architect - Pharma - Switzerland

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

SENIOR IT SECURITY ARCHITECT

TASKS:

- Support the STRIDE Lead Solution Architects and solution architects, as well as the Development IT solution architects in defining secure solutions. This will be done in providing in-depth technical and business knowledge of security while dealing in areas of Information Security, Application Security, IAM, encryption and infrastructure security.
- Perform Security Architecture Assessment of STRIDE or Development IT solutions (In design phase, in development phase, or in production phase). For each finding propose recommendations leveraging the resources.
- Document the assessment following the EA process and template, establish action plan, and monitor actions closure.
- Contribute to the creation/update of reference architectures.
- Contribute to Proofs of Concepts, choice of new technologies.
- Contribute to Development IT related Audit Remediation for all security related topic.
- Scope should include both preparing the organization and helping it to achieve Audit Readiness, and Remediation.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7 years of experience in NetApp
- 8 years of experience in Storage
- Very good knowledge of identity Management and Cryptography solutions
- Excellent understanding of the challenges linked to securing confidential information in a cloud environment. This means high expertise in cloud security, web application security.
- Proven experience in analysing results of penetration testing and source code analysis
- Good knowledge of Firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP, DRM, Mail security, VPN, application configurations and security
- Sound knowledge of Cyber threats and designing mitigation strategy against these threats.
