Senior IT Security Analyst - Banking Salary: circa 60-70k + benefits + bonus Location:London, City A boutique investment bank is looking to hire a Senior Information / IT Security Analyst to join their specialist Security and Tech Risk team. The role is multidimensional with broad technical and business exposure, focusing on the key areas of security including Operational IT Security, Security and Risk Policy and Frameworks, Security Monitoring and Security Consultancy. The analyst will work very closely with the head of information security in a small team so the analyst will have the opportunity to utilise existing expert skills they have in any combination of the areas noted above as well as developing skills in the others. The role is very hands on so whilst either the ability or interest to help drive security frameworks and policy is very desirable and will be involved in the role, the ideal candidate will have a good grounding on the technical side of security, covering operational security, vulnerability management, facing off to the business regarding technical security issues, infrastructure (network/app) security and delivery of a range of security projects both small and large scale. Ideal skills/experience: * Broad technical security knowledge, ideally across operating system, application and network security. Experience working with or exposure to Vulnerability management tools (eg Arcsight/Qualys). * Experience delivering IT Security projects and working with a range of technical and business teams to ensure that security policy and procedures are followed. * Good knowledge of Security frameworks and policy, including ISO 27001, SOX and associated security risk assessments * Ideally experience working in banking or financial services industry To find out more about Huxley Associates, please visit www.huxley.com
