Senior IT Risk, Continuity & Security Analyst

My client, a household name organisation, is looking for an experienced SENIOR IT RISK, CONTINUITY AND SECURITY ANALYST to join their great City based offices on a 3 month contract basis that could well go permanent.

This role will see you being responsible and accountable for Operational Security decisions and compliance for all Information Systems, Services and Technologies across the organisation. In addition you will work with Security/Network Engineers to develop Security Policies and work with the business to provide Security guidance and project related deliverables, as well as perform ongoing business Governance and advice in Security fields. You will use and apply industry based knowledge to deliver selection, design and justification for security controls to ensure that business objectives are met, so you will need to bring to the role strong influencing skills across both business and technology environments.

You will bring to the role strong skills in:

- Ability to conduct Risk and Policy based reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of the computing based environment.
- Citrix environment familiarity
- Windows 7 and Windows Server
- Symantec Security Information and Event Management;
- Cisco Intrusion detection systems.
- Checkpoint Firewalls
- Cisco Firewalls
- PGP Encryption
- Microsoft Certificate Authority
- RSA Secure ID
- Mobility technology services - MEAP
- Wireless technologies including industrial wireless standards assumed knowledge.

While the following will be highly desired:

- Websense Internet & email filtering services
- SCADA Systems & telemetry Technology - Specifically knowledge of SCADA GPG Standards

Process Control Network & Security Systems
- PCI Compliance
- Treasury and Payments systems.
- Web applications & Scripting (Imperva)
- RSA Archer GRC
