Senior IT Recruiter with IT Sales Enterprise Recruitment Experience

My client is a leading outsourcing organisation who is currently looking to expand. They are urgently requiring a Senior IT Recruiter with either Internal or Agency experience.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

- Manage the end to end recruitment process including consulting with HR and business partners to identify staffing needs
- Design and implement attraction strategies, ensuring clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, offer consultation and completion, and facilitation of background checks, relocation/immigration, and hiring processes
- Drives the global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools
- Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function
- Must have IT sales enterprise recruitment experience
- Typically 10 plus years of related experience
