IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Provide general IT Quality support to data migration manager
-Ensure that all required documents are delivered in time (ca. 100-200 documents)
-Quality reviews of documents and supporting follow up actions together with data migration manager
-Migration of system documentation to new EDMS system
-Classification of existing system documentation (ca. 4'000 documents) according to structure of new EDMS system
-Coordinating the migration activities with migration team
-Executing necessary migration tests
-Ensuring that productive migration runs successfully in narrow time frame

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Extensive experience as IT Quality, Validation Lead, or Project Quality Manager in pharmaceutical / medical devices industry
-Expertise with SAP data migration projects
-Know-how of EDMS systems
-Ability to work independently
-Good knowledge of document types according to GAMP 5 (URS, FS, DS, etc.)
-Very good communication skills in English, German is a plus
-Project management certification is of advantage
