Senior IT Quality Consultant - Pharmaceutical - Switzerland

SENIOR IT QUALITY CONSULTANT - PHARMACEUTICAL - SWITZERLAND

NextLink Solutions is looking for an experienced SENIOR IT QUALITY CONSULTANT to work for a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland.

Tasks:
1) Concluding the data migration:
- Provide general IT Quality support to the data migration manager.
- Ensure that all required documents are delivered in time (ca. 100-200 documents).
- Quality reviews of the documents and supporting follow up actions together with the data migration manager.

2) Migration of system documentation to a new EDMS system:
- Classification of the existing system documentation (ca. 4'000 documents) according to the structure of the new EDMS system (DiaDoc).
- Coordinating the migration activities with the migration team.
- Executing the necessary migration tests.
- Ensuring that the productive migration runs successfully in a narrow time frame.

Qualifications:
- 4 Years Experience as IT Quality, Validation Lead, or Project Quality Manager in the pharmaceutical/medical devices industry
- Experience with SAP data migration
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of document types according to GAMP 5 (URS, FS, DS, etc.)
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken English
