Senior IT Quality Consultant (Migration) - Pharma - Basel

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

SENIOR IT QUALITY CONSULTANT

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
Our global SAP rollout project, which delivers a new SAP ERP instance to the major manufacturing and hub sites.

The successful candidate will provide IT Quality support in the following project areas:

- Concluding the data migration
- Migration of the system documentation to a new EDMS system

The position is splitted between two tasks: 50% in concluding the data migration and 50% in migration of system documentation to a new EDMS system. The Senior IT Quality Consultant will support the hiring manager during go live of SAP

TASKS:
1) CONCLUDING THE DATA MIGRATION:

- Provide general IT Quality support to the data migration manager.
- Ensure that all required documents are delivered in time (ca. 100-200 documents).
- Quality reviews of the documents and supporting follow up actions together with the data migration manager.

2) MIGRATION OF SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION TO A NEW EDMS SYSTEM:

- Classification of the existing system documentation (ca. 4'000 documents) according to the structure of the new EDMS system (DiaDoc).
- Coordinating the migration activities with the migration team.
- Executing the necessary migration tests.
- Ensuring that the productive migration runs successfully in a narrow time frame.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4 Years Experience as IT Quality, Validation Lead, or Project Quality Manager in the pharmaceutical/medical devices industry
- Experience with SAP data migration
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of document types according to GAMP 5 (URS, FS, DS, etc.)
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken English

NICE TO HAVE:

- German language skills
- Knowledge of EDMS systems (DocIT2, DiaDoc)

START DATE: JUNE 2016
DURATION: TILL 30.09.2016
LOCATION: BASEL (Remote: 1 day per week might be possible on approval)
TRAVELLING: not planned, but in worst case and issues with the migration of system documentation to a new EDMS System it could be possible that you have to travel to USA
