Senior IT Project Manager with Strong SAP Background in a Global Outsourcing Project (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Drive and manage the project through organizing the IT related project activities, work streams and tasks in a joint global Business and IT project
-Work closely with IT and Business stakeholders, with the PMO (Project Management Office) and counterparts of the external outsourcing partner to achieve the project goals
-Ensure the delivery of the project goals in line with budget, timeline, quality and scope and specifically
-Support the overall IT Project Lead in steering the IT sub-project on a day to day basis
-Manage and organize the IT project tasks
-Work closely with senior stakeholders inside and outside IT
-Coordinate interaction/dependencies between IT work streams and in-flight projects
-Identify, track and support mitigation of risks and dependencies
-Support the Project and IT Management in presentation and reporting tasks

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound skills and practical experience as senior IT project or program manager
-Proven track record with global outsourcing projects
-Strong SAP background, preferably in a Finance environment
-Infrastructure know-how is a strong plus
-ITSM know-how is a requirement
-Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; fluency in German is helpful
-Strong leadership skills combined with hands-on mentality
-Ability to work in a complex global environment
-Ability to lead and inspire a project team and to perform under pressure
-Strong result orientation
-Flexibility and agility
