MUST HAVE SKILLS: 8+ years of overall experience in working with large scale projects and 2+ years as a SCRUM Master/Project Manager. CSM certification is required. Knowledge and hands-on experience of technical implementations of large scale, highly available, robust web/mobile applications. Familiarity with metrics, KPI s, operations, and the complete product development life cycle is required.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: PMP or CAPM certificate preferred, but not required. Technical background would be a plus. Ecommerce or payments experience also preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The main function of the IT Project Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitates Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos and Sprint Retrospectives
- Manages and effectively delivers features committed to for release
- Supports Product Owner in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog
- Removes impediments/blockers in order to keep teams productive
- Identifies and manages dependencies with other internal or external teams
- Works with the Scrum team and with non-agile teams to align deliverables
- Provides metrics and status to senior management
- Supports/collaborates with team members to implement Agile/Scrum best practices
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
- Diligently prepares and collates project progress/status, issues and risks
- Meticulously tracks action items and drives them to closure
- Development capacity planning and helping in release scheduling
- Works closely with the Technical Development team to identify and communicate critical paths
- Participates in reviewing QA and leading UAT plans
- Actively manages project risks and issues
- Manages multiple work streams

REQUIREMENTS:

- Computer Science degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of overall experience in working with large scale projects and 2+ years as a SCRUM Master/Project Manager
- CSM (Certified SCRUM Master) certification or equivalent
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with metrics, KPIs, operations, and the complete product development life cycle required

PREFERRED:

- SME knowledge of project management principles and Agile development methodologies
- Technical knowledge to support development teams in resolving technical issues
- Good attention to details, ability to think analytically and independently
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of technical implementations of large scale, highly available, robust web/mobile applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with strong written and oral skills
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Project Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- CAPM certificate preferred
