Senior IT Project Manager - IFRS 9 Credit Loss Model (3978)

For a project at our client, an international banking cooperation based in Zurich, we are looking for a

SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER - IFRS 9 CREDIT LOSS MODEL (3978)

You'll be working in the IFRS 9 team in Zurich. IFRS 9 replaces the IAS 39 Incurred Credit Loss model with a new, forward looking, Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model for certain financial assets. It requires the recognition of an expected credit loss allowance throughout the life of instruments in scope.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8 YEARS+ EXPERIENCE AS PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT LEAD WITHIN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
- Experienced working in a similar position before
- EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CREDIT LOSS MODELS (IFRS 9 OR IAS 39)
- GREEN OR A BLACK BELT SIX SIGMA CERTIFICATION
- Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Expert at building networks and connections
- Very good command of written and spoken English

YOUR ROLE:

- Run projects from A to Z along recognized project management frameworks
- Partner with experts across the organization
- Act as the SME on the IT side of the IFRS 9 project
- Think strategically, making business cases that hold up over the long term
- Manage the staff of a project team
