For a 12 month project at our client's site, an international bank based ZURICH, we are looking for an experienced

SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER - FINANCIAL CRIME SOFTWARE (4152)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a broad technology understanding who is able to handle the responsibility of dealing with critical compliance systems.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PROJECT MANAGER WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST
- EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AGILE AND OR SCRUM TEAMS
- 5+ YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT IN A SIMILAR ROLE
- EXPEREINCE IN MANAGING GEOGRAPHICALLY DISTRIBUTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT TEAMS
- Outstanding communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
- Excellent conceptual skills, structured and result-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related topic; alternatively an equivalent education in one of these subjects
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German would be a nice to have

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the timely delivery of the replacement List Management system
- Supporting the Program Manager in delivery of strategic financial crime compliance objectives
- Supporting the documentation process of subject matter requirements and conducting quality assurance
- Managing infrastructure topics such as ordering infrastructure components, managing test planning and code reviews
- Responsible to lead and manage the technical software delivery team applying Agile methodologies as appropriate
- Training and coaching project team members, providing actionable feedback, and fostering collaboration
- Managing project stakeholders, managing expectations, managing change requests, and pushing back on scope creep as required
- Project planning, scheduling, forecasting milestones, and dependency tracking
- Project controlling including financial management, controlling costs and managing resource allocation
- Reporting project progress, achievements, risk and issue status, providing quality assurance documentation
